In my humble opinion, THE KICKASS WISEHEART WELLNESS TOOLKIT is a simple, practical, accessible system that will lead you down the path to a better life.
Here is an explanation of its sources.
You do not have to understand the sources to benefit from using THE KICKASS WISEHEART WELLNESS TOOLKIT.
- The Chinese ancient text, THE I CHING: A BOOK OF CHANGES is considered to be a brilliant description of all possible situations we may encounter in life and how to best respond to them.
- THE I CHING consists of 64 chapters called HEXAGRAMS, which are like themes or attributes.
- Each HEXAGRAM consists of two TRIGRAMS.
- Each TRIGRAM has two possible conditions: FIGHTING OR YIELDING, which represents the Chinese concepts of YIN and YANG.
- There are 8 possible TRIGRAMS, each is an essential Element: FIRE, EARTH, AIR, WATER.
- Four ELEMENTS with two possible conditions of YANG & YIN, means there are 64 possible combinations of TRIGRAMS, which adds up to 64 HEXAGRAMS or situations, each with its own attributes.
- THE KICKASS WISEHEART WELLNESS TOOLKIT provides a simple method to understand where and who you are in regard to your life goals and how to make simple changes in order to achieve your goals.
- The I CHING is derived from the Chinese philosophy develop by the revered Chinese Master, named LAO-TSE, who called his school of philosophy TAOISM or THE TAO.
- THE TAO translates in English to THE WAY.
- THE KICKASS WISEHEART WELLNESS TOOLKIT shows you THE WAY to make simple changes while you are having more joy and less stress.
- THE KICKASS WISEHEART TOOLKIT offers a roadmap for attaining success in relationships, in school, in business, in the community, and in the larger stage of global politics.
- ALL ELEMENTS IN BALANCE = KICKASS WISEHEART WELLNESS
- The "secret sauce" that Dr. Simonds has integrated into her understanding of the I Ching and its 64 hexagrams is a curious alignment of the movement Inner Attitudes, a system developed by the famous dancer & choreographer, Rudolf Laban. His work was extended by Dr. Marion North to be used in an evidence-based system of personality assessment.
